Columbia, MO - The Missouri Land Title Association's Young Title Person Committee recently made their selections for the Young Title Person and Young Title Professional for 2005. Young Title People are those persons under the age of 35 who are employed in the land title industry by members of the Missouri Land Title Association (MLTA). The awards are presented to the person selected by virtue of his or her dedication to the title industry and their growing leadership potential. This year, the committee had four nominees from which to make a selection. Of the four nominees, two were from the Preferred family group: Tammy Scheman from the Metro Title office in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Nancy Phillips from the Preferred Land Title office in Farmington, Missouri.
